1. About Car Rental for U

Car Rental for U is an independent online reservation and aggregation platform ("Platform") operating at carrentalforu.com. We serve as an intermediary that connects you with third-party car rental companies ("Rental Partners"). We do not own, operate, or have operational control over any rental vehicles or physical service locations. Your rental agreement is exclusively between you and the Rental Partner you select.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Platform — whether to browse, compare rates, or complete a booking — you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

3. Our Role as Aggregator

Car Rental for U searches and displays live inventory and pricing from Rental Partners. Rates, vehicle availability, and location details displayed on the Platform are sourced from those partners and may change without notice. Once you confirm a booking, a separate rental agreement is formed between you and the applicable Rental Partner under that partner's own terms and conditions.

4. Bookings & Reservations

• All reservations are subject to real-time availability and confirmation.
• You are responsible for providing accurate personal, payment, and travel information.
• A booking confirmation sent to your registered email constitutes evidence of a reservation, not a guarantee of a specific vehicle model.
• Car Rental for U reserves the right to cancel any reservation that contains false or fraudulent information.

5. Pricing & Fees

All prices displayed are sourced in real time from Rental Partners and are subject to change until a booking is confirmed. Final charges may include applicable taxes, airport surcharges, and fees mandated by the Rental Partner. Car Rental for U does not impose booking or service fees beyond what is disclosed at the time of reservation.

6. Cancellations & Modifications

Cancellation and modification policies are set by the individual Rental Partner and will be presented to you prior to confirming your booking. Car Rental for U will facilitate the cancellation or modification process on your behalf where possible, but cannot guarantee outcomes governed by a Rental Partner's independent policies. Please review our Refund Policy for further details.

7. User Responsibilities

• You must hold a valid driver's license applicable to the vehicle class rented.
• You must comply with all age requirements, insurance conditions, and additional requirements set by the Rental Partner at pick-up.
• You must not use our Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
• You are responsible for any additional charges incurred during the rental period (fuel, tolls, damage, etc.) under your agreement with the Rental Partner.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on carrentalforu.com — including text, design, graphics, and code — is the property of Car Rental for U or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

Car Rental for U is not liable for:

• The condition, safety, or performance of any rental vehicle.
• Actions, omissions, or failures of any Rental Partner.
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• Loss of data, profits, or goodwill beyond what cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total fees (if any) paid by you to Car Rental for U in connection with that specific transaction.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Car Rental for U, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Denver, Colorado.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
